makes は動詞ですから、一つの主節になってます。

それがそのダンスの中に盛り込まれている
動詞が３つありますね。
is が二つあるのが、間違いではないです。

これだとどうでしょうか。
That が入って、What makes this so different from other dances is the way martial arts that までが、主節と考えると、文章として納得いきそうです。
話し言葉が新聞にもよく書かれています。
こんな感じで、thatとか in which とかそういうものは、省略されることが多いですね。
次にこの文章の中にdifferent 形容詞が出てくるので、見てみたいと思います。

Usageの所に書いてある通り、二つのことを比較する時に使い、Different of とは絶対に言わないとあります。
differentce 名詞だとどういう使い方があるのでしょう。

違いが沢山あるのでdifferences となり、countable non （数えられる名詞）なわけです。

谷間と海岸では気温が１５度ほど違います。
形容詞ではdifferent of とできないとありましたが、名詞のdifference of と混同しやすいためだと思います。Different of は数を対比させる時に使い、difference in はかつては特徴や質などの比較に使われていたそうです。

努力の結果、大きな成果が出る場合に使います。
